Fees & Insurance Explained

We consider access to services important.

Individual Therapy

We accept self-pay, OHP/Medicaid and your private insurance.

Couples Therapy

We only accept self-pay.

Family Therapy

We accept self-pay, OHP/Medicaid and your private insurance. Private insurance may cover family therapy depending on your individual plan. OHP will cover family therapy — OHP defines a family member “as any individual who spends a significant amount of the time with the client and provides psychological support to the client, which may include but is not limited to a caregiver or significant other.”

In-Network vs. Out-of-Network

In-network (INN) means we accept your insurance. After your deductible is met (if you have one), insurance will pay for most or all of the sessions.

Out-of-network (OON) means we don’t take your insurance and you pay the session fee up front; however, we will file a claim with your insurance plan for reimbursement. Your insurance will likely pay for a portion of the session. Stephanie, Sam, Alex, Ames, Donna & Sean (licensed therapists) can accept OON insurance plans at this time. Gil (our prescriber) can accept OON.

Please see the No Surprises Act form below if you are choosing to self-pay or use OON benefits. Our owner (Stephanie) has very limited availability due to increased demand and her level of experience.

Initial Consult is No Charge

Goodness of fit between clinician and client is one of the most curative factors in therapy — “it’s all about the relationship.” We offer a 15–20 minute free consult to determine goodness of fit, and we are open to helping you find the clinician who is the right match for your needs. If we are not the right fit for you, we will help you find a referral.
