FAQ
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
-
Contact us via phone call, text message or email for therapy or medication management services. Each page has contact buttons.
-
Leave your name and phone or email and give us permission to contact you.
-
Our admin will return your call, email or message and will send you a link to join our practice's secure messaging app (Spruce Health) so we can communicate easily and securely. We can then answer any other questions you may have.
-
We will either schedule you for a free 15 minute telehealth consult with one of our therapists OR if you don't want a consult, we will work on getting you a first appointment with a therapist or our prescriber.
-
We may have to add you to a waitlist if the therapist you are interested in working with is full. Our prescriber does not have a waitlist currently. We are trying to do everything we can to get you help. Our therapists' availability changes and we want to remain connected with you, so if we have added you to a waitlist, we will check back in via the Spruce app when there is an opening.
